Check in was very easy. I appreciated the front desk staff, they were friendly and helpful! i left my bags to explore since i got there early. the sky lounge with a pool table was great, and the pool area was amazing.

the parking price felt high, especially considering there was also a resort fee included.

the full kitchen included a full-size refrigerator and freezer, very convenient. all cooking facilities were available, and it was great to have everything provided for meal preparation. i didn't expect a kitchen, so this was a nice bonus.

The apartment was very spacious, i was happy to find the washing machine and dryer. They even provided detergent! the bed was super comfortable, i slept really well. the room was also very quiet, i wasn't disturbed at all.

The hotel is very close to the music hall. I loved the walking distance to broadway. the location is excellent. It allowed me to explore easily. i found the location safe, even when walking home at night!

The rooms were clean and of good size. the location was really nice. i enjoyed having ensuite laundry. I used the dryer to dry my towels. there was also nice furniture. The space was lovely. everything was in order.

i found the sterile atmosphere a little off-putting, though the room itself was nice.

While there isn't a dedicated restaurant, the rooms include a functional kitchen with a gas range, microwave, and sink, really suited to prepare meals. There are also a lot of options nearby.

the apartment had plenty of room and was very clean. i found everything i could possibly need . the wifi worked well and the tv was also huge, i appreciate it.

The pool area seemed a nice spot for some relaxing time. I observed a nice entertainment room, too. i did not use the gym, but it was well-equipped and maintained, and it was well lit.

the gym and pool worked fine. check in and check out were easy.

the shower wasnt clean i think, i saw some things i didn't like. the ironing board had a tear, i didn't want to touch it. the whole place needed a better cleaning before my arrival.

The location was fairly accessible to downtown. It was walkable.

I encountered several issues, first the parking situation was frustrating. The garage was left open, and car break-ins happened. Second, the lobby door remained unlocked too, even after multiple complaints nothing changed. This. there wasn't enough staff available!
